About ICEIA
Driven by the global trend of intelligent transformation and the wave of Industry 4.0, embodied intelligence technology, as a key bridge connecting the physical and digital worlds, is constantly promoting innovation and transformation in manufacturing and industrial sectors. Embodied intelligence integrates artificial intelligence, robotics, sensing technology, and human-computer interaction, facilitating breakthroughs in industrial automation, intelligent manufacturing, precise operation and maintenance, and collaborative robots, and has become an important engine for sustainable industrial development and improved production efficiency.
The 2026 International Conference on Embodied Intelligence and Industrial Applications (ICEIA 2026) will be held grandly in Xi'an, a historical and cultural city of China, from June 12th to 14th, 2026. This conference is jointly organized by renowned universities, research institutions and industrial organizations from home and abroad. Its aim is to bring together top experts from the academic community, industry and policy makers from around the world to conduct in-depth exchanges and discussions on the latest research results and application practices of embodied intelligence in fields such as intelligent manufacturing, industrial robots, augmented reality, smart factories, industrial Internet of Things and human-machine collaboration. The conference particularly focuses on cutting-edge hot topics such as interdisciplinary integration, intelligent perception and decision-making, system integration and safety and reliability.
We sincerely invite experts and scholars from universities, research institutions, the business sector, and policy-making bodies, as well as industry leaders, to actively participate. Together, we will promote the innovative development of embodied intelligent technology and its application in industry, accelerate the construction of an intelligent industrial ecosystem, and contribute wisdom and strength to achieving an efficient, green, and intelligent industrial future.

Publication
All papers will be reviewed by two or three expert reviewers from the conference committees. After a careful reviewing process, all accepted papers will be published in the Conference Proceedings, and submitted to EI Compendex, Scopus for indexing.
Note: All submitted articles should report original research results, experimental or theoretical, not previously published or under consideration for publication elsewhere. Articles submitted to the conference should meet these criteria. We firmly believe that ethical conduct is the most essential virtue of any academics. Hence, any act of plagiarism or other misconduct is totally unacceptable and cannot be tolerated.
